Amity University is a private university in India. Established by the non-profit Ritnand Balved Education Foundation in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh; it has campuses in Noida, Kolkata, Lucknow, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Gwalior and Dubai.In 2014, Amity University has been named by Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) as one of Asia's top 300 universities. It is one of only 17 varsities from India to be included in this list (the others being 8 IITs, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Punjab, Pune University, BHU, Manipal, and Bits Pilani).

Amity has the membership of MANUPATRA, DELNET, Sodh Ganga, National Digital Library (NDL), All India Reporter, Supreme Court Cases online. All Amity students are members of Amizone-Amity Intranet Zone which allows them easy access to these journals & papers.
