The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the final result of SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2023. Candidates who appeared for the Detailed Medical Examination (DME) can now check their result by logging on to the official website - ssc.nic.in. The commission has shortlisted a total of 49,590 candidates for allotment under various posts offered through SSC GD Recruitment 2023. However, the final selection list does not contain the list of 597 selected candidates to be shortlisted. SSC has notified the release of SSC. GD Final Result 2023 through an official notification on its website.
SSC GD exam was conducted from January 10 to February 13 in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. SSC GD CBT Result 2023 was declared on 8th April. A total of 3,70,998 candidates were shortlisted to appear in the Physical Eligibility Test. 93,228 candidates were shortlisted to appear in the Detailed Medical Examination (DME). The commission informed that 49,590 vacancies have been considered for the recruitment except 597 vacancies of Manipur.
The commission said, "The allotment to SSF, NCB or CAPF is done as per the merit cum preference of the candidates, subject to availability of vacancies in the respective State/UT, reservation for border districts and Naxal/extremism affected districts and category-wise reservation." is under the."
