SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2023 : The results of the Combined Graduate Level Tier 1 examination (SSC CGL Tier 1) conducted by the Staff Selection Commission has been declared. Candidates who appeared in the exam can now visit ssc.nic.in and check the result PDF.
“On the basis of marks obtained in Tier-I examination, candidates have been shortlisted category-wise to appear in Tier-II examination. Separate cut-offs for the posts of Assistant Audit Officer and Assistant Accounts Officer (List-1), Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) (List-2), Statistical Investigator Grade-II (SI) (List-3) and Have been decided. All other posts (List-4),” SSC said in an official notification.
The Commission said that the final answer key of the examination has been prepared after carefully reviewing the responses of the candidates and it will be released soon along with the question papers and scorecards of all (qualified and non-qualified) candidates.
A list of category-wise and post-wise cut-off marks has been published in the result notification. The Tier 1 exam was held from July 14th to 27th for 7,500 vacancies. The Tier 2 exam is tentatively scheduled for October 25th to 27th.
The Commission said that due to the court order, the results of 114 candidates have been withheld. SSC CGL Tier 1 exam was conducted from July 14 to 27 in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.

Candidates can easily check or download SSC CGL tier 1 result 2023 by following below steps-
Step 1 : Visit to the official website at ssc.nic.in.
Step 2 : Go to results and then to CGL.
Step 3 : Open the link to view CGL tier 1 results.
Step 4 : Download the PDF and check your selection status using name or roll number.
SSC CGL Tier 2 exam is tentatively scheduled to be held from October 25 to October 27. The minimum qualifying marks is 30% for unreserved category, 25% for OBC and EWS and 20% for all other categories.
