The Engineering Service Examination( ESE) Mains 2021 will be conducted by the UPSC(Union Public Service Commission on November 21, 2021. Only those candidates who have qualified the ESE pre-exam will be allowed to take this stage of exam. The ESE Mains 2021 admit card has already been released on the official website, upsc.gov.in.

UPSC ESE mechanical engineering important topics for Mains 2021
As per last year, chapters such as thermodynamic and heat transfer and turbomachinery and power plant engineering were given the most weightage in Paper I. Similarly, in Paper-II, chapters such as engineering mechanics and strength of materials and manufacturing, industrial and maintenance engineering were given the more weightage. This year again, these chapters might get more importance as they are vast and comprise multiple important concepts. Their importance is of course, based on their relevance to the specific Engineering branch.
