The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will soon declare the class 10th, 12th compartment exam results. Students can check their result on the official website of CBSE i.e. results.cbse.nic.in. The official date for the declaration of results is yet to be revealed, however, media reports state that the board announces the compartment results within 10-15 days of the examination.
The CBSE Class 10th supplementary exam 2023 was conducted from July 17 to July 22, while the Class 12th supplementary exam 2023 was conducted on the same day, July 17. The exams for both the classes were conducted in two shifts, first shift from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm and second shift from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. Apart from this, the CBSE 10th, 12th supplementary practical exams 2023 were conducted from July 6 to July 22.
How to check or download CBSE compartment Class 10th, 12th result 2023 ?
Students can check their CBSE Supplementary Result 2023 online by entering their roll number and other details. Here are the steps to check cbseresults.nic.in Class 10th 12th Supplementary Result 2023 online.
Step 1 : Visit the official website, cbseresults.nic.in 2023 supplementary.
Step 2 : Click on the link for secondary or senior secondary compartment examination results
Step 3 : Enter roll number, school number, date of birth, and admit card
Step 4 : Click on the submit button
Step 5 : CBSE Class 10th, 12th compartment results 2023 will appear on the screen.
Step 6 : Check your name and roll number and download it for future reference.
Those Students who failed in one or more subjects in CBSE Board Exam 2023 were eligible to appear in compartment exam. After the declaration of CBSE Supplementary Result 2023, the board will issue a consolidated mark sheet to those students who will qualify in the exam.
Candidates who have been placed in CBSE Class 10 compartment category will be provisionally admitted in Class XI till they give the first chance of CBSE supplementary examination. If he/she fails to qualify in the first attempt of CBSE Supplementary Examination 2023 then his/her admission will be treated as cancelled.
To clear the CBSE 12th compartment exam 2023, students need to score 33% marks in both theory and practical exams. For class 10, if any candidate is placed under compartment category and also absent in Internal Assessment (IA), such candidates will be awarded. Proportionate marks in IA on the basis of theory marks scored in supplementary examination. No internal assessment will be conducted for such students during the supplementary examination as IA is a year-long exercise.
