CBSE students who were waiting for class 12th result, their wait is over. CBSE has released the result of 12th board. All the students can check their 12th board result by visiting the Official website ( https://www.cbse.gov.in/ ) of CBSE board. This year total 16,80,256 students had registered in class 12th out of which only 16,60,511 students appeared in the exam .
Last year in 2022, the percentage of total students who passed was 92.71% .Class 12th result in 2023 is 87.33% which is 5.38% less than last year.
1 lakh 25 thousand 705 students will give the supplementary (compartment) examination. Students will be able to get their results photocopied and revaluation done from May 16. The board has also announced the date of 2024 examinations. These exams will start from 15 February 2024.
To avoid unhealthy competition, this time CBSE( Central Board of Secondary Education ) has made 3 major changes which are as follows -
1) Will not give information about the first, second and third division of the students along with the result.
2) Merit list will also not be issued.
3) Subject wise top 0.1% students will be given merit certificate.
