About TRIPURA TET Exam

Tripura TET 2022 is the exam for teacher eligibility in Tripura. The Teachers Recruitment Board of Tripura conducts a state-level examination (TRBT). This exam is used to hire Primary Teachers and Upper Primary Teachers in Tripura. There are two papers in this test. There are two papers: Paper I and Paper-II. Applicants who want to be hired as a teacher in Classes I to V should take Paper I, while candidates in Classes VI to VIII should take Paper-II. Candidates who pass the Tripura TET Exam are eligible to receive a certificate that is valid for seven years. Every year, the authority administers the Tripura TET Exam to candidates for various section teachers. TRIPURA TET Eligibility

Candidates interested in taking the Tripura Teacher Eligibility Test (TTET) 2022 should review the TTET Eligibility Criteria 2022 before applying.

Primary Level Teachers Eligibility
  • Candidates must have completed Class 12 with a minimum score of 50% and a 1-year D.Ed. or 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education before 2004-05. (D.El.Ed.)

  • With a minimum of 50% in the 12th grade and a four-year B.El.Ed.

(OR)

  • Grade 12 completed with a minimum of 50% and a two-year D.Ed (Special Education)

  • Any graduate with a two-year D.El.Ed. (or a one-year D.Ed. up until 2004-05) (OR) a graduate with at least a 50% score and a B.Ed. the degree can apply.

  • Holder of a master's degree (according to the MHRD notification).

Upper Primary Level Teachers Eligibility
  • Up to 2004-05, a bachelor's degree plus a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) or a 1-year D.Ed.

TRIPURA TET Admit Card

The TTET Admit Card 2022 has been announced by the Teacher's Recruitment Board of Tripura (TRBT). TRIPURA TET Salary

PGTs will be paid Rs. 26,015 (revised) fixed per month, which is 75 percent of basic pay (Level-10) of Tripura State Pay Matrix, 2022. Graduate teachers will be paid Rs. 20,475 (revised) fixed per month, which is 75 percent of basic pay (Level-9) of Tripura State Pay Matrix, 2022.

TRIPURA TET Selection

Tripura TET Exam Pattern 2023 for Paper-I

Tripura TET paper-I contains total 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) from five sections. Total weightage for the paper is 150 marks and candidates need to complete it in a duration of 150 minutes (two and a half hours). For further clarification, candidates can refer the table below:

Tripura TET Exam Pattern 2023 for Paper-II

Tripura TET paper-II is divided into four sections. First three sections are compulsory. For fourth section, candidates have three choices (as explained in the table below).

Total questions in Tripura TET paper-II are 150. Questions are objective in nature and candidates need to attempt the paper in two and a half hours. Maximum marks that candidates can secure in the exam are 150.

After the examination, the Teacher's Recruitment Board of Tripura (TRBT) will declare the TTET Cut Off 2022. The projected cut-off points for TTET 2022 are listed below. These estimates are only guesses based on a variety of factors. They aren't definitive and irrevocable.
