REET Eligibility Criteria are mentioned in the official REET Notification. The qualification requirements for REET can be divided into 3 major categories:
The Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan (BSER) does not mention any minimum or maximum age limit for the REET examination. So the candidates of any age segment who fulfill other eligibility criteria can apply.
The minimum eligibility criteria which are strictly followed regarding educational qualification for both Level I & Level II examinations are mentioned below -

REET Eligibility Criteria for Level 1 |
|

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known). |
|

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulation, 2002. |
|
|
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). |
|
|
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education). |
|
|
Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name is known). |

|

Graduation and passed or appearing in the final of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known). |
|
|
Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed). |
|
|
Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard. |

|

Candidates applying for REET should be a Citizen of India. Any foreign candidates or persons having the nationality of other countries will not be eligible for this Eligibility Tests.
