About ASSAM TET Exam

Assam TET Notification 2023: Assam TET admit card 2023 will be released on the official website @www.ssa.assam.gov.in on 15th April for the exam scheduled for 30th April 2023. Department of Elementary Education, Assam released a detailed advertisement for the Special 6th Schedule Teacher Eligibility Test 2023 for Lower Primary and Upper Primary levels on 28th February 2023. Candidates are advised to check the notification carefully before apply the exam .

ASSAM TET Eligibility

To apply for the Assam TET, an applicant must be a permanent resident of Assam, and applicants belonging to any other state are not qualified to apply for the examination. Below mentioned is the Assam TET Eligibility Criteria along with the educational qualifications required in detail:

Ed Or, Senior Secondary with a minimum of 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education Or, Senior Secondary with minimum of 50% marks and 4-year B.A. Ed/B. Sc. Ed. Assam TET Age Limit

The Applicants shall not be below 21 years of age at the period of getting an appointment in schools over the Assam Teacher Eligibility Test.
