After the written examination, the selected candidates on the basis of merit will be called for a health test. No candidate shall be appointed to any post in the Service unless he is not in good physical health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of his duties. Candidates should be medically fit. Candidate's vision should not be less than 6/6 in one eye and 6/9 in the other eye.
