JSSC Excise Constable Educational Qualifications

Candidates must have completed their 10th grade from a recognized educational board to be eligible for the JSSC Excise Constable Recruitment.

JSSC Excise Constable Admit Card

The JSSC Excise Constable admit card is a crucial document for the JSSC Excise constable test since it allows the applicant to enter the examination venue. The admit card will be available on the JSSC official website a few days before the test. Follow these procedures to obtain your admission card:

  • Go to www.JSSC.nic.in, which is the official website of the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission.
  • In the "Important Links" box, click the Admit Card option.
  • Select "JSSC Excise constable Admit Card" from the drop-down menu.
  • Fill out your application information and click "submit."
  • On the screen, your admission card will show.
  • Print off several copies of the admission card as a backup.

JSSC Excise Constable Salary

The 7th Pay Matrix Level-2 will be granted to candidates chosen as Excise Constables in the Jharkhand Excise Department by JSSC Constable Recruitment 2022. The JSSC Excise Constable 2022 salary is shown below:

JSSC Excise Constable Selection

Candidates will have to pass three phases of the JSSC Excise Constable Recruitment 2022 screening procedure.

Physical Exam

Candidates who pass the written exam will be invited to the next step, which is the physical examination. Both men and females will be examined in this round on the grounds of a run, the specifics of which are as follows.

Written Exam

The written exam is made up of three exams that will assess your language and general knowledge abilities. Papers 1 and 3 will each contain 120 questions, but paper 2 will only have 100 questions. Each question paper will have a time limit of two hours for candidates to complete.

Medical Exam

Those who pass the physical exam will be required to undergo a medical examination. Night blindness, Hydrocele, hearing impairment, Varicocele, Piles, stammering, infectious illness, mental disease, and other conditions will be evaluated on selected applicants.


JSSC Excise Constable Syllabus

The JSSC Excise Constable Syllabus for the written exam is divided into three papers:

  • Paper 1 consists of topics from Hindi and English language, with questions related to comprehension and grammar.
  • Paper 2 focuses on the regional or tribal language, which will be selected by the candidate.
  • Paper 3 consists of topics from General Knowledge, General Science, and Mathematics.

JSSC Excise Constable Exam Pattern

The JSSC Excise Constable exam pattern has objective type questions with multiple choices. Once a candidate successfully qualifies the written examination, he/she is called for further stages of the selection process, i.e., physical test, medical exam, and document verification.

JSSC Excise Constable How to Apply

Aspiring applicants may apply for the JSSC Excise Constable Recruitment test by following the guidelines outlined below.

Step 1: Go to http://www.jssc.nic.in/ to access the JSSC website.

Step 2: Click "Application Forms (Apply)" in the "Important Links" section on the left side of the webpage.

Step 3: Applicants can now choose the position for which they wish to apply, which in this case is Excise Constable.

Step 4: Fill out the form with your information, qualifications, and submit scanned copies of your papers as needed.

Step 5: Review and double-check the information you've entered before pressing the submit button.

Step 6: After that, you'll be sent to the payment portal, where you'll have to submit the exam fees. You can use your debit or credit card, or net banking to do this.

Step 7: Candidates should then copy and save the online application in pdf format, and print it for future reference.
 

Application Fee 

The general category registration cost is Rs. 100/-. Whereas, Applicants from Jharkhand's SC/ST categories would be required to pay a fee of Rs. 50 to apply.
