About SSB ASI Stenographer Exam

SSB ASI Stenographer 2023 Application Form can be filled till 18th June 2023. Apply Online for This Exam and the Admit Card is Released soon. Eligibility Criteria for this exam is that the candidate must be a citizen of India. The Sahastra Seema Bal has released the notification for the ASI(Stenographer). SSB ASI Stenographer Eligibility

The following sections provide detailed insights on the official eligibility conditions without which they will not be considered.

Age Limit

Sashastra Seema Bal has specified the SSBI ASI age limit very clearly. Candidates must note that the last date to determine age and other eligibility conditions will be the closing date for receipt of applications i.e., 30 days from the date of publication of official notification. 

  • Minimum Age - 18 years
  • Maximum Age - 25 years

Educational Qualifications

Candidates willing to apply for the SSB ASI Stenographer post must fulfil both essential and desirable educational qualifications. If any candidate is found to fulfil one qualification and not the other, they will be disqualified.

Candidates must have obtained Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) from a recognised Board/University or equivalent. 

Candidates must also fulfil the desirable Skill test norms in the form of a Typing Test as follows - 

 
  • Dictation test would be taken in 10 minutes where they need to type 80 words per minute (w.p.m).
  • Candidates will also be given a transcription time of 50 minutes in English or 65 minutes in Hindi on the computer. 

SSB ASI Stenographer Admit Card

It is important for candidates to know how to download the Admit Card. Well here is the step-by-step procedure.

Step 1- Visit the official website of SSB

Step 2- On the page that will open up, you will get to see “Admit Card along with the Recruitment Name(SSB ASI Stenographer) and the Notification Number(338RC/SSB/Advt,(ASI)Steno,2023)

Step 3- Click on it

Step 4- A drop down box will appear, where you will be asked to type your registration number.

Step 5- Type it and click on the “Login” Option

Step 6- A page will appear where you will get to see your admit for the SSB ASI Steno Exam

Step 7- Take a print out of it

1. Visit the official website of Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) at ssbrectt.gov.in.
2. On the homepage click on the link to SSB Recruitment 2023.
3. A new page will open log in with your registration Id and password and captcha code.
4. Fill out the SSB Application form and enter your personal details and educational details.
5. Submit the required document in a proper format.
