The minimum age is 18 years whereas the maximum age limit is 27 years. As per the official notification, the upper age limit will be relaxed for the reserved category candidates as per the Govt rules.
Candidates must have passed the 12th level exam or equivalent from a recognized board to be eligible for the post.
Candidates willing to secure the EPFO Stenographer post must be Indian Nationals when applying for the post.

Candidates can start applying online from 27th March 2023. The last to fill up the form will be 26th April 2023. The steps to apply for EPFO Stenographer Recruitment 2023 are as follows:
Step 1: You have to first visit the official website of EPFO
Step 2: Go to the careers page and click on “Apply Online for Recruitment to the post-EPFO Stenographer-2023”.
Step 3: A new screen will be opened, choose the tab “Click Here for Registration”.
Step 4: Enter the details like name, contact details, and email address and click on submit.
Step 5: A provisional registration ID and Password will be sent to your email address.
Step 6: The candidate has to log in with Registration ID and Password and enter the complete details like Name, father's name, Address, Date of birth, etc;
Step 7: Candidates are required to attach all the required documents like SSC mark sheets, category certificates for reserved candidates, and PwD certificates for PwD candidates.
Step 8: Attach your recent photographs and signature.
Step 9: Candidates have to verify all the details before clicking on “Final Submit”
Step 10: No changes are entertained once the candidate clicks on the “Final Submit button”.
Step 11:Validate your details by clicking on “Validate your Details”.
Step 12: Modify the details if required and click on “Final Submit”.
Step 13: You will be redirected to the payment page, and pay the required amount to attend the examination.
Step 14: Download and keep a print copy of the application form for future reference.
