SSC has released the exam dates for SSC Delhi Police Driver Constables 2022 Exam along with its SSC Exam Calendar 2022-23 on 28th July 2022. As per the latest calendar of SSC, the Physical Endurance and Measurement Test exam of the Delhi Police Constable (Driver) has been scheduled from 14th to 28th April 2023. The candidate must fulfil the following four criteria to be eligible for the Delhi Police Constable 2022 Exam:
1) Nationality/ CitizenshipCandidates must be citizens of India.
The candidate must have passed 10+ 2 (Senior Secondary) from any recognized school board, on the closing date of receipt of online applications i.e. 27th July 2022.
Relaxable up to 11th pass only for:-
i) Bandsmen, buglers, mounted constables, drivers, dispatch riders, etc. of Delhi Police only.
ii) Sons of serving, deceased, and retired police personnel including MultiTasking Staff of Delhi Police.
The candidate must be 21 Years to 30 Years. The candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-07-1992 and not later than 01-07-2001. The upper age limit as prescribed above will be relaxable only in the following cases: -
(i) Upto a maximum of 5 years for a Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe category candidate.
(ii) Upto a maximum of 3 years for an OBC category candidate.
iii) Upto a maximum of 5 years for sportsmen of distinction who have represented a State at the National level or the Country at the International level in sports during the preceding three years from the closing date of receipt of online applications.
iv) Relaxation in the upper age limit is admissible up to 40 years for the general category (UR), 43 years for OBC & 45 years for SCs/STs in the case of departmental candidates of Delhi Police.
v) Relaxation in the upper age limit is admissible up to 29 years in the case of sons of serving, retired or deceased police personnel/Multi-Tasking Staff of Delhi Police.
a) Should be able to drive heavy vehicles with confidence
b) Valid driving license for Heavy Motor Vehicles (as on 29/07/2022)
c) Possess knowledge of maintenance of vehicles.

The Delhi Police Driver Recruitment 2022 trade test shall carry 150 marks. The marks obtained in the trade test will not determine the merit position of the candidate since it is qualifying nature. Delhi Police Driver Trade Test, Total Marks, and Qualifying Marks are given below.

The Delhi Police Driver Admit Card can be downloaded from the official website of the SSC. Candidates who are appearing for the Delhi Police Driver Exam are required to enter their login credentials to access their admit cards. Candidates can follow the following steps to download their Delhi Police Driver admit card:
Step 1: Visit the Staff Selection Commission website www.sscnr.net.in.
Step 2: Find the ‘Download Admit Card’ link on the homepage and click on it.
Step 3: In the next page, search for the ‘Delhi Police Constable (Driver)’ admit card link and open the link.
Step 5: Login with your registered details and download your Delhi Police Driver Admit Card.
Step 4: Get a printout of the hall ticket either in colored or black and white format.
The candidates appearing for the Delhi Police Driver Exam have to qualify several rounds of the Delhi Police Driver selection process. Candidates who score more than the cut off marks in the examinations will be shortlisted for the next round of selection. The various rounds of the selection process are given below:
Computer Based Test (CBT)The CBT is the first round of the Delhi Police selection process. This test is conducted online and is based on subjects such as General Awareness, General Intelligence, Numerical Ability, and Driving related topics. This test will be of 100 questions carrying 100 marks each, and candidates will get 90 minutes to complete the test.
After qualifying the CBT round, candidates will be called for the PE & MT which is to check the height and chest measurements of the Delhi Police Driver candidates. The fitness of the candidates will be tested too, and they have to qualify a round of race, based on age category.
The Trade Test will be conducted for candidates qualifying the PE & MT stage. Since the post is driving-centric, the Trade Test is conducted to examine the appearing candidates’ driving abilities.
To secure a seat for the Delhi Police Constable (Driver) post, the medical standards set by the Delhi Police have to be necessarily met. For this, candidates who qualify the 3 selection stages will be called for vision tests and tests to check the candidates’ health. This round is vital as it will decide whether or not a candidate can be posted in the Delhi Police Services for Constable (Driver).
All candidates will be put through a Computer-based Examination which shall be conducted at different locations. The Delhi Police, moreover, shall also conduct a Physical Endurance & Measurement Test (PE & MT) and the Trade Test. The PE & MT and Trade Test have no specified syllabus, but are based on physical aspects and driving skills of the candidates. Note: The candidates who qualify the Race will be eligible to appear for the Long Jump and High Jump. Only 3 chances will be given to qualify the Long Jump and High Jump and candidates have to clear them in any one of the three chances. There is no provision to appeal against disqualification in the Race, Long Jump, and Hugh Jump.

2. On the homepage search for “New Registration” and click on that link.
3. There do all the required steps to create your Registration ID and password that will be required for filling up the application form.
4. Once your login credentials are made, then log in using those credentials.
5. After login you can see the application form. Fill out the form carefully. Try not to make any mistakes in order to avoid future problems.
6. After correctly filling in all the details you will be asked to upload some documents. Upload everything as per specifications along with your scanned photograph and signature and click on the “Continue” option.
7. Preview the form once again. If everything is correct click on the “Submit” button.
8. Your application will be submitted. You can download and take a printout for future correspondence.
The Online Application Fee for Delhi Police Driver Constable 2022 exam is Rs. 100/-.
Fee is exempted for all Women candidates and candidates belonging to SC, ST and Ex-Servicemen eligible for reservation.
