DMRC CRA 2024 Exam

Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Ltd, is a joint venture with an equity interest with the Govt. Of India. It has been laid with the responsibility of building the railway infrastructure in the capital city of Delhi. The DMRC invites candidates for the post of Customer Relations Assistant (CRA). All interested candidates will have to undergo a selection process that is carried out by the recruitment body.

As the official notification has not been released, the exam dates have also not been released. Once the list gets released we will update the table with the exam dates.

As mentioned above, the age limit of the candidates should be between the age of 18 to 30 years in order to be eligible for the post of Customer Relation Assistant. The age relaxations are provided to the candidates belonging to different categories which is as follows:

The candidates should make sure that they have complete knowledge about the field. The candidate needs to perform different tasks which are associated with the job role and also requires the candidate to have specific subject-matter knowledge. The educational qualification of the candidate is as follows:

• The candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in any of the streams with a course in Computer Application.
• They should have at least scored the minimum required marks in order to get selected for the post.

• The candidates must be citizens of India and should have all the documents that are issued by the government for verification purposes.
• The candidate should also make sure that they provide the original copies of the documents.

The admit card will only be available for those candidates who have completed their payment of the application form. It is always in the best interest that candidates check all the necessary details on the admit card once they get to download it.

3. Click on it and log in with your crucial credentials.
4. Download the admit card for the exam and save it on your computer.

Once you are aware of all the crucial aspects of the examination, let us look at the gist of the DMRC CRA selection process. As discussed already, the selection process of the DMRC CRA is bifurcated into three different levels.

It is extremely beneficial for the candidates to be aware of the selection process before starting the preparation for the exam. The selection process is decided by the competent authorities and is subject to change under different circumstances.

DMRC CRA syllabus is released by DMRC every year for both Paper 1 and Paper 2. DMRC CRA Paper 1 syllabus includes General Aptitude, General Reasoning, Computer Awareness, General Knowledge Current Affairs etc. Paper 2 includes General English. Candidates should know the accurate syllabus for focussed and determined preparation for CRA 2022.

The Candidates before applying to the DMRC CRA examination need to fully understand the paper pattern for a better understanding of the paper, thus increasing the chance of selection. The official notification for DMRC CRA 2022 has not been released yet. Once the official notification gets released, candidates need to follow these simple steps to apply for DMRC CRA-

1. Visit DMRC official website from the link provided in this article.
2. Candidates need to log in, then locate the Career Page option, Click on it.
3. An email ID and a contact number will be used by each candidate before applying for DMRC CRA. Register yourself with the necessary details and set a new password.
4. A scanned copy of the candidate’s signature and photograph will be needed to make a profile.
5. Fill in some personal and educational details. No changes can be made once the form is submitted.
6. Tap ‘Submit Now’ and take a note of the credentials securely.
7. In the next step, you need to pay the application fee.
8. Pay the application fee through the payment gateway. It is advisable to have a stable connection while making payments.
9. Take a print-out of the payment receipt or you can save it in pdf form for future reference.
