UGC NET Commerce 2024 Exam

National Testing Agency (NTA) has uploaded the UGC NET 2023 notification along with exam registration dates and exam dates on its official website. NTA has released the UGC NET 2023 Notification PDF for June-2023 Examination for the post of Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) on 10th May 2023. NTA will conduct UGC NET 2023 exam for eligibility for JRF and Assistant Professor in 83 subjects. in CBT mode. Aspirants can check all the detailed information related to UGC NET 2023 June cycle.

The UGC NET exam date 2023 for the UGC NET's June cycle has been notified on the official website along with UGC NET Notification 2023. The UGC NET 2023 online CBT exam was held from the 13th to the 22nd of June 2023. Check the important dates for UGC NET 2023 as mentioned below.

• All the citizens of India who have pursued their Post Graduation in Commerce from an Institute or University recognized by the Government of India can apply for the UGC NET Commerce exam

• All the candidates hailing from other countries who have finished their Post Graduation from an Indian recognized university or institute can apply for the UGC NET Commerce exam

• All the citizens of India who have completed their Master's Degree in Commerce from a recognized Foreign institute or university can apply for the UGC NET Commerce exam

• All the candidates from foreign nations who have pursued their Master's Degree from any recognized International University or Institute can apply for the UGC NET Commerce exam
  
   

• All the candidates who wish to apply for the exam should have a Master's Degree in Commerce from a recognized university at least with an aggregate of 55%. However, there is a score relaxation of 5% for the candidates of Scheduled Castes (SC), Other Backward Classes (OBC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Transgender, Persons with Disabilities (PwD)

• All the interested candidates must have a Master's Degree certificate in Commerce from a recognized university to apply for the UGC NET Commerce exam

• Aspirants who are studying in the final year of the Master's Degree or aspirants who have completed the final year examination and waiting for the results can also apply for the UGC NET Commerce exam

• All the final year aspirants who have written and qualified for the UGC NET Commerce exam should get the percentage prescribed by the NTA (National Testing Agency) to get the eligibility certificate

• Also, these aspirants who have appeared or waiting for the results should complete their Master's Degree with prescribed percentage within 2 years from the declaration date of the UGC NET Commerce Exam Results 2022, or else they will be assumed as disqualified

• NTA (National Testing Agency) provides relaxation of 5% in score to the candidates who finished their Ph.D. and Master's Degree on 19 September 1991 
   

• For Junior Research Fellowship (JRF)

There is no minimum age limit prescribed for the JRF but the maximum age should not be more than 31. However, there are age relaxations as per rules and are given below

UGC NET exam is held by the NTA (National Testing Agency). The selection process of the UGC NET exam comprises a

• Computer-Based Written Examination

• NTA NET (National Eligibility Test) is an online examination conducted by the NTA (National Testing Agency)

• The UGC NET Commerce exam will have two papers,i.e, Paper I and Paper II

• Paper I of the computer-based examination of the UGC NET Commerce Selection Process is the same for all the candidates while Paper II is commerce here and varies according to the preference of the candidates
• Paper I of the UGC NET Commerce will have 50 questions from the syllabus of Teaching and Research Aptitude. Paper-II will contain 100 questions from the UGC NET Commerce Syllabus 2022

• The duration of the NTA NET Exam is 3 hours or 180 minutes specifically

• The questions of the UGC NET Commerce exam are multiple-choice questions with four options

• Aspirants need to select one option among the given 4 options and candidates get a score of 2 marks for every correct answer

• Paper I is will be held for 100 marks and Paper-II of the UGC NET Commerce will be held for a total of 200 marks

• The question paper of the UGC NET Commerce exam will be available in both English and Hindi languages

• Candidates can choose the language of their preference at the time of UGC NET Commerce Application Process 2022

• Aspirants will be given a time of total 3 hours for completing both the papers of the UGC NET Commerce exam
