About BCECE Chemistry Exam

BCECE Chemistry 2023 Application Correction has been started from 7th June 2023. BCECE stands for Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination is conducted by Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB). It is a state-level exam commenced by BCECEB every year. This exam is conducted for admission in undergraduate courses in the fields like agriculture, pharmacy, and medical into several colleges of Bihar. The exam will be conducted one time only. BCECE Chemistry Eligibility

Educational Qualification:

For BE : A pass in class 12th with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational Subject with at least 45% marks in aggregate (40% marks for SC/ ST candidates) is required.

For B.Pharma : The candidates should have passed their class 12th exam with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology scoring a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate (40% marks for SC/ ST candidates).

For paramedical courses : Those who have passed their class 12th exam with Physics, Chemistry and Biology are eligible.

Age limit :

For paramedical courses : The age of the candidates should not be less than 17 years as on 31st December 2021.
For agricultural courses : Lower age limit of the candidates should be 16 years as on 31st August 2021.

BCECE Chemistry Admit Card

1. The candidates can download their admit card from the official website of BCECEB bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
2. A printout of the admit card should be taken and carried to the exam center on the day of exam.
3. Candidates who fail to carry the admit card while reporting to the exam center will not be allowed to give their exam.
4. Details about the examination center and schedule will be communicated to the candidates through their admit card.
5. Admit card is an important document that should be preserved by the candidates till the whole process of admission is over.

BCECE Chemistry Exam Pattern

Check the BCECE 2023 exam pattern given below:
 

  • Mode of exam: The exam will be conducted through pen and paper (OMR) mode.
  • Duration: The duration of the exam will be 90 minutes for each subject.
  • Type of Question: The question paper will contain objective type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
  • Number of Questions: There will be total of 100 questions in the paper.
  • Medium: The medium of paper will be in English and Hindi language.
  • Marking Scheme:  For every correct answer 4 marks will be given and 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer.

  • Step-6: After filling the application form candidate must preview all the details and if there is any mistake candidate can correct it when correction window will be opened.
