All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) is conducted by National Law University, Delhi (NLU Delhi) for admission undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG) and doctorate (PhD) level law courses. This is a national-level entrance exam conducted for admission in law programmes at NLU Delhi only.
AILET 2023 - The National Law University (NLU), Delhi has released the AILET 2023 exam notification on August 30, 2022, in online mode. The AILET 2023 application form will be available from September 7, at the official website - nludelhi.ac.in. As per the official notification, the AILET exam 2023 will be conducted on December 11, 2022. All the important dates related to AILET 2023 such as exam notification, application link and AILET exam dates will be released on the official website of the university on September 7, 2022. The AILET 2023 registration fee is Rs. 3050 for general category candidates and Rs.1050 for SC/ST and PWD category candidates.

Candidates willing to appear in AILET 2023 should meet the prescribed elibility criteria prescribed by NLU, Delhi. AILET is conducted for UG, PG and Ph.d programmes. Candidates who successfully register for AILET 2023 will get their admit cards few days before the AILET 2023 examination. The AILET 2023 admit card will be available for download at - nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. AILET admit card is a mandatory document for appearing in the examination.
The AILET admit card will mention details like candidate's roll number, application number, exam centre, exam reporting time and instructions. Candidates should download and take a printout copy of the AILET admit card and bring it to the designated AILET exam centre on the exam day.

The admission process of NLU Delhi through AILET exam includes the following steps:
Step 1: Online RegistrationCandidates need to register online on the official website of NLU Delhi - https://nludelhi.ac.in and fill all the required details in the application form, upload prescribed documents and pay exam fee. The application form for AILET can be submitted in online mode only.
Step 2: AILET Admit CardNLU Delhi issues admit cards to candidates who successfully register for the exam. Candidates have to carry the AILET admit card on exam day. Any candidate carrying the admit card is not allowed to appear for the exam.
Step 3: AILET Exam - Candidates have to appear for AILET at the allotted test centre as mentioned on the admit card. They should report at the test centres at least an hour before the examination.
Step 4: Result Declaration - NLU Delhi usually announces AILET results within a month after conducting the examination. The scorecards of candidates qualifying the examination mention their All India Ranks (AIRs), sectional scores as well as overall scores.
Step 5: Counselling - The university conducts AILET counselling on the basis of the rank list released at the time of result. In the counselling session, qualifying candidates are allotted seats in their respective law courses based on merit.
