RPSC AE Eligibility

Educational Qualifications :
The candidates should have a four-year college education/graduation (BE) from any recognized University/Institution in India.(Civil Engineering). As per the RPSC Assistant Engineer Notification 2022, It is mentioned that All India Candidates are eligible for applying for RPSC Assistant Engineer Vacancies announced under RPSC Recruitment 2022.  

Age Limit : 
​Candidates should be minimum of 21 Years of Age and a maximum of 40 Years Of Age.

RPSC AE Salary

Candidates who will get selected as an Assistant Engineer under the RPSC AE Recruitment 2022 must be liable for the Pay Matrix Level 14 (Grade Pay – 5400/-). The Perks and Emoluments will be incorporated into the rules and regulations of the Government of Rajasthan.

RPSC AE Syllabus 2022 Prelims (Paper I)

The RPSC AE Syllabus 2022 for compulsory paper is given below for all the sections.

  • Current Affairs: Current eveats of State, National and International level. Games & Sports, Science and Technology, Politics, etc. at State, National and International levels.
  • History & Culture: Ancient History, Medieval and Modern History, Indian Freedom Struggle, Religious beliefs, Socio-economic life, Dialects and Literature, folk music and dance, handicrafts, fairs and festivals.
  • General Science: Science in our daily life, electronics, telecommunications, satellites, environmental aspects, pollution, and research labs and science institutions in India.
  • Economical development: Agricultural industries of Rajasthan, Mineral based industries, Indira Gandhi Dam project,  cottage, small-scalecale industry, economic reforms, tourism, Economic development budget of Rajasthan Government.
  • Geography: Natural resources, physical features, climatic conditions, ecology, population, unemployment, natural calamities, wildlife, energy problems, Food and commercial crops of Rajasthan, etc.

  • Civil Engineering: Engineering materials and construction technology, surveying, soil/geotechnical engineering, structural mechanics, steel structures, reinforced concrete structures, fluid mechanics, public health engineering, highway, and bridges.
  • Electrical Engineering: Electrical circuits field theory, electrical materials, electrical measurements and instruments, electronics and communication, microprocessor system, power electronics, power supply control systems, electrical machines.
  • Mechanical Engineering: Types of machines, the strength of materials, material science, manufacturing process, industrial engineering and management, thermodynamics, heat transfer, environmental engineering, fluid mechanics and turbomachines, power generation.
  • Agricultural Engineering: Surveying, leveling, and land development, soil and water conservation, irrigation, farm power and machinery, agricultural processing, farm electrification and rural hosting, renewable energy.

1. Visit the RPSC Application Portal.
2. Click on New Registration and complete the registration process.
3. Fill in the RPSC AEN Application form carefully. 
4. Upload the required documents. You may use the Testbook Photo Cropping Tool to upload these documents.
5. Pay the application fee.
6. Submit the application form.
