Age Limit

The candidates who belong to the unreserved category should be of 27 years of age and not born before 27.08.1992 or after 27.08.2003. Know the age relaxation applicable to all the reserved categories in the space below:

Educational Qualification

Candidates have to fulfil the basic academic qualification as mentioned below:

PGCIL Field Supervisor (Electrical)	The candidates must have completed a full time regular 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering discipline from recognized Technical Board / Institute. The minimum qualifying marks for candidates who belong to General/OBC is 55% marks. While the same for SC/ST/PwBD is pass marks. Higher technical qualification like B.Tech. / BE / M.Tech. /ME etc. with or without Diploma is not allowed

PGCIL Field Supervisor Electrical Exam Pattern

Written Exam

There will be two sections in phase 1 or the written test. The major subjects asked in the test would be from technical subjects, General Knowledge and General Reasoning.
The questions asked in the Field Supervisor written test will be objective in nature.
The total asked in the written examination of Field Supervisor will account for 75 marks. While the maximum marks for the same would be also 75.
The written examination will be conducted in the computer-based test format. The board will release the PGCIL Field Supervisor answer key later.
The candidates will get a maximum of 1 hour to complete the examination.
As per the marking scheme of the written exam, the student will get 1 mark for each correct answer. While there is no provision of negative marking for the same.
