As per the CHB Junior Engineer Eligibility Criteria 2023, the minimum age limit is 18 years, and the upper age limit for the candidates must not cross 37 years of age. The CHB Junior Engineer selection process will have two stages:

The written examination is the first stage to select the candidates for further recruitment. Document verification will be held for candidates who pass the written examination. The written exam will be held only in Chandigarh.

Candidates will also be subjected to a document verification process. Candidates must bring the necessary documents to this stage. If a candidate does not bring the required documents, the candidate will be disqualified from the recruitment process.
The applicants can apply between 3rd October 2022 and 31st October 2022 through online mode. Below is the step by step process to apply for the recruitment.
Step 1: Visit the official website.
Step 2: Fill the registration form with name, address, email id, mobile number etc.
Step 3: Attach the required documents like SSC Certificate, Category Certificate etc.
Step 4: Upload recent passport size photograph and signature and click on the submit button.
Step 5: The login id and password will be displayed on your screen, make a note of these for the future reference.
Step 6: Pay the required application fee and click on the submit button.
Step 7: Download and take a printout of the application for future reference.
The last date to pay the application fee is 4th November 2022. The application fee varies for the reserved categories. Check the category-wise vacancy details below.
