The Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) refers to the uniform nomenclature of seven security forces in India under the authority of the Ministry of Home Affairs. They are the Assam Rifles (AR), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), National Security Guard (NSG), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB).
Recruitment is conducted mainly in three modes
Gazetted Officers: Officers in CAPFs are recruited through the Central Armed Police Forces (Assistant Commandants) Examination conducted by UPSC.
Subordinate Officers: Sub Inspectors are recruited through competitive examination conducted by the Staff Selection Commission and they are referred as DASOs (Directly Appointed Subordinate Officers).
Constables: Constables are recruited through competitive examination conducted by the Staff Selection Commission.

Candidates will be able to download the CAPF AC 2022 Admit Card from upsc.gov.in by logging in with their Registration ID and Password. It will be released two weeks prior to the exam.
Here are the following steps to download UPSC CAPF Admit card:
Step 1: Visit the UPSC's website: upsc.gov.in.
Step 2: Now, Go to the Whats' New section on the website's homepage.
Step 3: Select the e-admit card under the "What's New" section. Candidates will now be redirected to the Admit Card download link page.
Step 4: Candidates can download the admit card by entering the login details like registration number or roll number and date of birth.
Step 5: Enter your security pin and click on "Submit."
Step 6: Finally, download CAPF AC 2022 Hall Ticket and take a printout.
CAPF notification also contains the pay structure which is divided into post-wise salaries. With the basic pay of Assistant Commandant in the Central Armed Police Force of UPSC, there come other allowances too. Check the below table that represents the approximate salary of each rank:

The Selection process of CAPF AC 2022 consists of three broad stages –

The exam is held in offline mode. The recruitment process consists of 3 levels which are a Written Exam, Medical Test, and Interview/ Personality Test.

As part of UPSC CAPF Eligibility Criteria, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a government recognised university. The University should be incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India Other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 are also acceptable. Those candidates, who have appeared in the qualifying examination and have yet not got their results, can also apply for CAPF Exam. But, it must be kept in mind that the admission would be provisional until the candidate produces proof of passing the examination after qualifying the entrance test of CAPF
CAPF AC 2022 applications were available online at the official website from April 15, 2022. The last day to fill the application form was May 05, 2022, till 6:00 PM. Here is the step-by-step procedure for application listed below:
Step 1: Visit the official website of UPSC.
Step 2: Click on the recruitment button for “CAPF AC 2022.”
Step 3: Fill in the “ONLINE RECRUITMENT APPLICATION (ORA).”
Step 4: Enter all the details asked in the ORA, such as name, parent’s name, date of birth, correspondence address, academic qualifications, email address, and mobile number.
Step 5: Provide correct and functional email addresses as all correspondence will be made by UPSC through email only.
