About NABARD grade B Exam

The notification is released regarding the entire recruitment process every year. For NABARD Grade B 2023, the notification is yet to release. NABARD grade B Eligibility

It is important to check the eligibility before applying for the NABARD Grade B Exam. Here, NABARD Grade B eligibility criteria have been provided in complete detail. The applicants must have the prescribed educational qualifications and must fulfil the age criteria to apply for the NABARD Exam.

Age Limit and Relaxation for Manager

Candidates applying for the post of Grade B must have attained the minimum age of 25 years and their maximum age should not be above 35 years as of 01.07.2022 for the NABARD Grade B 2022 exam.

Upper age limit relaxation will be provided to the reserved category candidates as follows:

Educational Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess at least one of the below eligibility criteria for the Manager post:

  • Candidates must have completed their Master’s degree programs from any recognized university in any relevant subject such as Agriculture, Veterinary Sciences, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Dairy Technology, Horticulture, Arts, Management, Commerce, Science, Engineering, Information Technology etc. with a First Class and a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate of all semesters/years.
  • Candidates must have a Doctorate degree.
  • Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Chartered / Cost Accountants / Company Secretary (ACS).
  • Candidates should hold a two-year full-time PGDM Diploma in Management / MBA Qualification from institutions recognised by the Government of India / UGC are eligible to apply for this post.
  • For SC/ST/ PWD students who must possess a master’s degree with an aggregate of at least 45% marks or have a postgraduate degree or equivalent from a recognised university are eligible to apply for this post.

Essential Experience Required for the post of Manager of NABARD Grade B
  • Candidates must have a minimum of three years full-time experience (02 years for SC/ST) as an Officer in Commercial / Cooperative / Regional rural Banks/ Corporates /Non-Banking Finance Companies.
  • SC/ST/ PWD students who must possess a master’s degree with an aggregate of at least 55% marks or have a postgraduate degree or equivalent from a recognised university are eligible to apply for this post.

NABARD grade B Admit Card

The admit card of the NABARD Grade B 2022 Preliminary Exam will be released on its official website once the notification is out. The applicants who had applied for NABARD Exam will be able to download the admit card from their official website soon using their registration number and password.

NABARD grade B Selection

The NABARD Grade B Recruitment 2022 Selection Process will be in three phases:

Phase 1: Preliminary Exam

The test will be held online. It will be a screening test and the questions will be objective. The candidates who qualify in this exam will be sent call letters for the Main Exam
 

Phase 2: Main Exam

Candidates who qualify in the Preliminary Exam need to give this test which will be objective and descriptive in nature. The final marks obtained in this test will be used to shortlist candidates for a Personal Interview.
 

Phase 3: Personal Interview

Personal Interview is the final round of the selection process. Candidates selected in this phase will be employed as per the company’s recruitment process.

NABARD grade B Exam Pattern

NABARD Grade B online test consists of three parts Phase I, II, and III. The Phase I exam is conducted on the Objective method while Phase II is on Objective & Descriptive and there will be a personal interview round on Phase III. The conducting body has also specified the NABARD Grade B syllabus on various disciplines soon. The students who qualify in the preliminary exam are shortlisted for the next main level and final selection will be done on a merit basis.

Prelims Exam Pattern 2022

The NABARD Grade B Preliminary exam is a computer-based online exam that contains 200 multiple-choice questions. The candidates have to mark the correct answer in the exam paper window. The total duration of the prelims exam is 80 minutes.

Mains Exam Pattern 2022

The candidates after qualifying the cutoff marks in the NABARD Preliminary Exam are further shortlisted for the next mains level. The mains exam is a computer-based exam that is to be completed within 6 hours.

Interview Round

After qualifying for the Mains Exam, candidates will have to appear in a Personal Interview Round which consists of 30 minutes. The final selection will be based on the merit list prepared by the marks obtained in the Main Exam and Interview Round.
