The dreams of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Kottar, took shape in the year 1998 as an Institution, which aims at providing higher and technical education to the youth under the chairmanship of the late Most. Rev. Dr. Leon A. Tharmaraj, Bishop of Kottar. All India Council for Technical Education granted approval to this college (vide order no. 732-52-181 (HDE/ET/97, dated 22.07.1998).
