Shillong Engineering and Management College (SEMC) is located at Jorabat in Ri-Bhoi district of Meghalaya.SEMC was established in the year 1999 at Shillong under the aegis of Charitable Trust North Eastern India Trust for Education and Development (NEITED), Shillong. Later, the institute shifted to Jorabat. SEMC is affiliated to North Eastern Hill University, Shillong (Meghalaya). The institute is approved by AICTE, New Delhi.
