Chairman of New Delhi Institute of Management Dr. Vishwa Mohan Bansal is also the President of the Society for Employment and Career Counselling. Led by a freedom fighter and senior most member of the UPSC, Jaswant Rai Bansal; distinguished Judges of the Supreme Court of India, Deputy Governor of the Reserve Bank, Chairman of the UPSC, and top civil servant of India set up NDIM, after their distinguished achievements in public life, as a humble pay back to the nation taking their decades of learning to the next generation. | Library | NDIM has an air-conditioned fully equipped and digitalized library with more than 10320 latest books, journals, and periodicals. The library is linked to Developing Library Network (DELNET) which gives access to 1412 (1393 National & 19 International) Libraries and offers approximately 62 lakh books, journals, articles video records, sound recording, and CD ? ROMs. The Network helps in locating documents not held in the library and it procures them on loan. The library is maintained by a team of qualified and experienced professional staff who provides full assistance to the students and also helps them to find the information through a vast collection of reading materials as well as a multitude of remote databases and electronic resources. The library has institutional membership of American Information Resource Centre (AIRC), NICMAN (National Information Centre on Management) under Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, National Digital Library & Developing Libraries Network (DELNET) , NDIMâ??s digitized, air-conditioned library has over 11,000 books, journals, periodicals, and reading material, which includes case study collections, corporate annual reports, company profiles, project reports, and reference material from international agencies and also facilitates high-level research through its subscription to over 80 national and international journals and magazines, as well as through its subscription to the EBSCO Management Database |
| Cafeteria | The NDIM?s cafeteria is very spacious, tantalizing aromas have been wafting over the clean and hygienic sitting area. The exotic atmosphere clean and hospitable and has been strategically built keeping in mind all details for the convenience for students as many of them come from far off places to make them feel back home. The interior is carpeted with grass and wooden furniture which imparts a warm and cozy atmosphere. The staff is solicitous and the servers are uniformed and trained to be attentive and friendly.
