The Mallabhum Institute of Technology (MIT) is located in Bishnupur, Bankura, West Bengal, India. The college is approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India and Directorate of Higher Education. MIT is located amidst a tranquil terrain, having sprawling, pollution-free and eco-friendly campus, which offers a unique environment of study to the engineering students. The soothing environment of the campus has been appreciated by all those, who visited. Our campus is spreaded across a vast 27 Acres of Land of which the amount of Built-up area is 17,817 sqmt. The Institute has plans to extend it up to 20,000 sqmt. for which the construction works are going on.

Mallabhum Institute of Technology's library has a collection of 24671 volumes, 3446 titles, 42 National and 18 International journals.
